About Hook&Seam

Hook&Seam helps you make crochet, amigurumi and sewing projects at the size you want.

Most patterns are written for one size and one yarn. Our pattern maker starts from your choices instead. You pick a design, your yarn, your colours and your measurements, and it works out each round or template piece for you. You can then follow the pattern on the page or download it as a PDF.

How our patterns are made

Our patterns are calculated from your measurements and your gauge. Sizes can change with the materials you use, so we suggest making a small sample first.

We do not copy other designers' patterns. When we add vintage patterns, we check that each one is free to use and rewrite it for modern makers.
